I'm Richard

I am a web developer for small businesses around Mid Sussex.

Most of the sites I look at round here were built years ago and quietly stopped working. The contact form is broken, or it doesn't fit a phone screen, or Google and ChatGPT can't work out what the business actually does.

I fix that. Real photos of your work, a contact form that reaches you, and your listings corrected so you come up when someone searches.

How long does it take?

About a week from getting your photos and all the necessary resources that you provide.

What do you need from me?

Fifteen to twenty photos of jobs you're proud of, your contact details, and any relevant information you would like me to include.

What if I want changes later?

Small changes are included in the monthly plan. Without it, message me and I'll quote. Usually it's nothing.

Do I own the website?

Yes. The domain goes in your name and on your card, so if you ever stop working with me you keep everything.

I've already got a website. Can you just fix it?

Usually it's quicker and cheaper to rebuild than to patch. Which varies case to case.

What's the AI visibility thing about? (GEO)

More people ask ChatGPT for recommendations now instead of Googling. Nobody can promise you'll always come up, because the answers change every time you ask. What I can do is fix the information those tools read about you, giving you the highest chance of coming up and beating your competitor, as well as a detailed report to show you each month how often you appear.
